\nEntry Qualification for Secretary Post:<\/p>\n
Holder of a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Services from an accredited Higher Academic Institution.
\nWork experience is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
General Attributes for Secretarial Position:<\/p>\n
Ability to perform any other related duties as may be assigned by one\u2019s reporting officer.
\nAbility to arrange and attend meetings where necessary and write minutes.
\nAbility to take proper care of work facilities and equipment.
\nAbility to keep minutes\/records of meetings.
\nAbility to coordinate office needs and requirements.
\nAbility to handle confidential matters.<\/p>\n
Terms of Employment
\nSuccessful candidates will be employed on contractual terms of three (3) years (renewable). However, the offer of employment confirmation shall be made after satisfactory completion of the first year of probation.
\nRemuneration
\nAttractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates as per salary scale of the position applied for.
