If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.<\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll do<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Develop and manage the overall Business aggregators &amp; Payments strategy from strategic planning through to tactical execution.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Drive revenue growth, increase channel profitability, and gain market share in the enterprise aggregation and payments space.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Develop new innovative business models around Enterprise Aggregation services &amp; Payments that will ensure that M-Pesa keeps its strategic focus of financial inclusion by leveraging on new business opportunities &amp; partnerships models beyond traditional and existing payment services.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Overall accountability of managing the segment\u2019s efforts to meet &amp; align with the strategic business objectives.<br \/>\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership:\u00a0<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Manage service delivery &amp; accelerate expansion for Internal &amp; External Enterprise technology aggregators.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Guide the business in the diversification, expansion &amp; growth of the Payments Ecosystem including Pay bills, Ticketing, Payment platforms partnerships and others.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Review, streamline, and digitize the end-to-end process and timeline for managing aggregators and onboarding their merchants to ensure operational efficiency.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Own &amp; Drive the segment roadmap holistically across business customers payments ecosystem, driving innovation and impact across diverse institutional use cases to elevate M-Pesa\u2019s market leadership.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Responsible for retention and reactivations of dormant, inactive, and lapsed aggregators, payments partners and pay bill customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Develop a strategic technology aggregator framework that enables and expands opportunities in the payment\u2019s &amp; aggregation ecosystem.<br \/>\nCore competencies, knowledge, and experience:<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills translated from consumer insights.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Expertise in developing &amp; driving high-impact partnerships and platforms across private, public, and fintech sectors.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Innovation &amp; Product Development: Proven ability to identify market gaps and develop new services, products, or models.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong execution skills, including process optimization, digitization, and managing complex onboarding or integration processes.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Excellent communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong Sales and negotiation skills<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Able to challenge the status quo<br \/>\nMust have technical\/professional qualifications:<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0At least 5 years\u2019 experience in a large corporate company, demonstrated progression and at least 3 years\u2019 experience in a Telecommunications, banking, FMCG, Fintech company handling partnerships, business development and strategy formulation.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing or its equivalent.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Expertise in Digital Platform Strategy, Aggregation Models, or B2B2C Ecosystems<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong Data-Driven Decision-Making &amp; Analytical Capability<\/p>\n<p>Not a perfect fit?<\/p>\n<p>Worried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
