Position: Telemarketing business developer
\nAs a Telemarketing Business Developer, you\u2019ll play a vital role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and follow-ups. Your goal is to spark interest, qualify leads, and set up appointments for activation.<\/p>\n
Duties and responsibilities<\/p>\n
Proactively contact potential customers by phone and email to introduce our products\/services.<\/p>\n
Generate qualified leads and set appointments to present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, answer questions, provide information, and close deals.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients; maintain detailed records of calls and customer feedback.<\/p>\n
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.<\/p>\n
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sales leads and partnership opportunities.<\/p>\n
Identify customer needs and provide information on appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve growth targets.<\/p>\n
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategy.<\/p>\n
Education & experience<\/p>\n
Candidate must have at least two (2) years of experience in telemarketing, business development\/account management, or a related field.
\nEducation resources<\/p>\n
Must possess a bachelor\u2019s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Required skills<\/p>\n
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.<\/p>\n
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.<\/p>\n
Sales experience is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.<\/p>\n
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.<\/p>\n
