\nCreate,\u00a0monitor\u00a0and ensure good testing of support tickets for existing applications.
\nManage\u00a0Evolution projects for\u00a0existing applications
\nBe single point of contact of head office for application evolution

\nFor\u00a0all projects ensure the following.<\/p>\n
Liaise with Each department to formalize business specifications,
\nLiaise with\u00a0local\u00a0IT\u00a0team\u00a0for technical specifications,
\nCreate\u00a0tickets and follow\u00a0implementation by support team,
\nAnswer to the questions\u00a0of\u00a0support\u00a0team,\u00a0BPO\u00a0and MPOs,
\nEnsure\u00a0correct\u00a0testing\u00a0by\u00a0key\u00a0users,
\nObtain final\u00a0validation by\u00a0key\u00a0users,
\nEnsure\u00a0formalization\u00a0or\u00a0modification of procedures following\u00a0new\u00a0projects,
\nFollow\u00a0up project go live.<\/p>\n
Prepare and publish\u00a0regular\u00a0Reporting\u00a0with projects and\u00a0tickets\u00a0status
\nResponsible for posting and monitoring stock for both Transit and Local.
\nMaterial master data management
\nTo be involved in preparations of budgets and long-term plan
\nResponsible for preparing the daily product cost report and providing clarifications when necessary.

Candidate Profile<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance\/IT\/Engineering\/Mathematics;
\nAdaptability;
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
\nExcel proficiency.<\/p>\n
