\nThe\u00a0key purpose\u00a0of this role is to be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the integrity of all inventory control processes, systems, and routines across the country. This includes finished goods, raw materials, empties, consumables and spare parts. The role ensures that all inventory-related activities are accurately reflected in the ERP system and comply with company policies and standards.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Monitor adherence\u00a0to inventory-related roles and responsibilities across operational teams.
\nSupport operational teams\u00a0in identifying and closing inventory-related risks.
\nFacilitate accountability\u00a0by ensuring signoffs and documentation are completed for all inventory routines.
\nEscalate non-compliance\u00a0or recurring issues to relevant managers for resolution.
\nCoordinate and track training\u00a0on inventory policies, SOPs, and control routines.
\nEnsure training records\u00a0are maintained, and refresher sessions are conducted as needed.
\nDrive accountability & responsibility to the appropriate operational and functional owners to ensure consistent execution and ownership of inventory management processes.
\nAudit compliance\u00a0with inventory management routines, including stock recons, counts, Stock loss investigations, MBFU & BITs management and recharge process, bottle loss, RTI and Time In Trade management and aging POs\/GRNs tracking.
\nTrack execution\u00a0of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all sites and flag deviations.
\nVerify completion\u00a0of daily\/weekly\/monthly inventory routines and ensure documentation is filed.
\nEnsure alignment\u00a0with inventory governance policies and recommend corrective actions where gaps are found.
\nReview and validate\u00a0the integrity of inventory-related reports submitted by operational teams.
\nMonitor and report\u00a0on adherence to Minimum Internal Controls (MICs) across all inventory processes.
\nSupport KPI management, with a focus on inventory-related cost drivers such as SCOH (Supply Chain Overheads).
\nIdentify trends\u00a0in non-compliance or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
\nLeverage excellence programs\u00a0(e.g., LCP, VPO, DPO) to embed best practices and drive stronger inventory control routines and results.
\nMonitor ERP (e.g., Syspro) data integrity, ensuring that all inventory movements are accurately captured and reconciled.
\nAnalyse stock variances\u00a0and investigate root causes in collaboration with site teams.
\nTrack stock master system usage\u00a0(e.g., handheld devices, stock variance reports) and ensure tools are used as intended.
\nGenerate compliance dashboards\u00a0and reports to highlight trends, risks, and improvement areas.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Key Attributes and Competencies:<\/p>\n
Strong experience in management of finished goods and\/or raw materials management
\nStrong end to end Supply Chain expertise.
\nAbility to effectively communicate at senior levels at MANCOM and Global Levels.
\nAble to effectively communicate and interact with cross functional stakeholders, Internal and external customers at all levels of the Company.
\nStrong knowledge of finance management
\nStrong people management and influence.
\nExcellent presentation and written communication skills

\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
B.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Econometrics, Finance or Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain, Economics, IT, Accounting Science, MBA recommended.
\n3-5 Years experience in logistics and supply chain management and finance background<\/p>\n
