Our company deals in fresh and processed fish, and we use an ERP system to manage operations.<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and cash flow<\/p>\n<p>Prepare monthly financial reports<\/p>\n<p>Monitor stock levels and cost of goods sold<\/p>\n<p>Handle invoicing, customer payments, and supplier reconciliation<\/p>\n<p>Bank reconciliations and tax filings (TRA)<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Diploma\/Bachelor\u2019s in Accounting, Finance, or related field<\/p>\n<p>2+ years of experience in accounting<\/p>\n<p>Must know at least one ERP or accounting system (ERPNext, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Strong Excel skills<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of VAT and tax compliance in Tanzania<\/p>\n<p>Detail-oriented and good communication skills<br \/>\nWork closely with the sales and operations team<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
