Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Learn and apply sales techniques to promote products to customers.
\nAssist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs.
\nMaintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed
\nParticipate in training sessions on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer service.
\nCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
\nHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
\nContribute to promotional activities and special events to increase sales.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
\nCustomer-focused with a passion for sales.
\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.
\nAdaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
\nBasic understanding of retail sales principles is a plus.<\/p>\n
