Job Purpose:
\nResponsible for overall card controls, fraud prevention and ensuring compliance with regulations\/card schemes, internal policies, and best practices related to card programs.<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Identify and assess risks associated with card programs, implementing controls to mitigate those risks.
\nRegularly monitor compliance with card schemes, regulators on checking policies and procedures, and address any identified gaps.
\nImplement and maintain fraud prevention measures and transactions monitoring to protect customers and the organization.
\nEnsure the secure handling of cardholder data, following relevant standards and best practices on PCI-DSS module.
\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of card business and operations.
\nConduct audits checks to verify compliance and prepare reports on compliance status.
\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of card policies, procedures, and processes on both issuing and acquiring
\nCommunicate with relevant stakeholders, like Compliance, Risk, ICT, Legal and other business units on card program governance issues.
\nDevelop and deliver training programs to ensure awareness of card policies, compliance and procedures.<\/p>\n

Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n
Regulatory knowledge Expertise in relevant regulations like Visa, MasterCard & UPI and other industry standards.
\nIn depth knowledge of card programs on transaction processing life cycle and Schemes Four Model Party
\nAML and card security knowledge
\nFraud and forensic Knowledge
\nRisk Management
\nExperience in project management and implementation.
\nStrong understanding of compliance requirements and best practices
\nAbility to analyze data and identify trends.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or related field
\nAdvanced certificates of Master Card\/VISA\/ UPI on fraud management is preferred
\nMinimum 3 years of industry-related experience with Payment Network rules and regulations
\nThorough understanding of Card Business reporting agencies and compliance requirements for Issuing & Acquiring.
\nA background in Card Business, Card Systems or Card Network is mandatory.<\/p>\n
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
