\nBasic Purpose<\/p>\n
To drive and implement ecosystem banking solutions in the distribution ecosystems industry and position the bank as the first and most efficient financial institution offering the solution.
\nTo link retail, MSMEs, and corporates to effective and affordable banking solutions and drive liabilities and assets for the bank.
\nTo drive the branches\u2019 ecosystem and digital lending portfolio for retail, MSME, agency, and merchant segments.
\nTo focus on ecosystem deposit mobilization, customer onboarding, and growth of the digital lending portfolio.
\nTo manage day-to-day functional units in support of the senior manager, primarily focusing on back-office technical support and project development.<\/p>\n
Main Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Initiate, recruit, and build strong business relationships with the anchors ecosystem (suppliers, distribution, and other stakeholders).
\nMobilize liabilities and increase retention in line with the ecosystem\u2019s annual targets through distributor and ecosystem collections.
\nEnsure accurate capture of deposits from all borrowing customers under the digital lending value chain and the ecosystem.
\nCreate ecosystem and digital lending product awareness in the market, recruit, train, and maintain close business value relationships with all clients in assigned branches.
\nTrain staff at the branch on digital products and self-onboarding for access to digital loans.
\nDigitize all ecosystem value chain customers and other segment customers that fall under digital lending.
\nAct as custodian of all ecosystem and digital lending files at the head office to ensure compliance and proper KYC.
\nMonitor loans given under the digital portfolio and ensure maintenance of a high portfolio quality.
\nManage early arrears through daily repayment tracking, issuance of demand notices, security placement requests, recovery visitations, facility restructuring, and follow-up with assigned branches.
\nEnsure 100% compliance with bank policies and procedures on ecosystem and digital lending onboarding.
\nGather functional and non-functional business ideas and analyze them to design process flows and documentation.
\nParticipate in the management of digital projects related to the bank\u2019s online channels to ensure technical integration and developments align with business requirements, resulting in a seamless and user-friendly customer digital interface.
\nWork closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution of digital lending projects.
\nFacilitate relevant customer awareness initiatives to allow for greater product adoption.
\nContinuously review and implement customer and business feedback to improve the product.
\nEngineer product process flows and test them before going live for customer consumption.
\nMonitor and analyze various customer segments to advise the business on areas of improvement.
\nConduct market research and develop new products or improve existing ones.
\nSupport the business in enhancing the customer experience through research, surveys, and analysis to identify customers\u2019 needs.
\nFacilitate the bank in minimizing risks in the channel-driven lending business through thorough analysis.
\nEnsure proper reporting, documentation, and review to determine that lending to respective segments is within acceptable risk.
\nEnsure all staff are up-to-date with product knowledge, product use, related product applications, and informed about business changes and dynamics.
\nPrepare weekly reports on performance and business trends for internal management through interactive management dashboards.
\nCross-sell other bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
\nPerform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
