What you\u2019ll do<\/p>\n
Role purpose:\u00a0
\nResponsible for M-Pesa core end to end operational support and manage its associated digital channels. This role involves monitoring app performance, resolving user issues, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring a seamless mobile money experience for end users.
\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership\u00a0
\n\u2022Perform System Management (M-Pesa Core)
\n\u2022Monitor the performance and availability of the M-Pesa mobile app on Android and iOS platforms.
\n\u2022Respond to and resolve user-reported issues, crashes, and bugs in a timely manner.
\n\u2022Track app analytics and crash reports using tools like Firebase or similar tools
\n\u2022Perform the systems incident, problem & change process with internal and external (MPA) stakeholders.
\n\u2022Perform and maintain the system security.
\n\u2022Business Continuity Management
\n\u2022Mini App Development, Implementation & Support
\n\u2022Support all projects under M-Pesa (MPA & local)
\n\u2022M-Pesa Product support<\/p>\n
Who you are<\/p>\n
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
\n\u2022Operating system Unix, Linux (RHEL, SUSE) and Windows
\n\u2022Relational Database Management Systems (Oracle, GaussDB, MYSQL)
\n\u2022Mobile security best practices
\n\u2022Excellent communication skills
\n\u2022Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms, mobile app architecture, and APIs.
\nMust have technical\/professional qualifications:\u00a0
\n\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science or its equivalent.
\n\u2022Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders.
\n\u2022Understanding of mobile money platforms, especially M-Pesa, is highly desirable.<\/p>\n
