\nAs we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operational Training Manager to join our team.
\nSenior Operational Training Manager
\nLocation:\u00a0Mwanza, Tanzania
\nThe Senior Operational Training Manager will be responsible for taking full ownership of training activities across Tanzania operations, working in close collaboration with site teams and HSE leadership, ensuring that all training processes, content, and delivery are aligned with Capital\u2019s operational standards, and driving the continuous improvement of the internal training function to support safe and efficient operations at all times.
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee all operational training programs, initiatives and systems
\nEnsure alignment of training content and delivery with operational and safety standards
\nLead the design, development and implementation of training packages
\nConduct training needs assessments and develop competency frameworks
\nCoach and support filed trainers and HSE personnel to ensure consistency and effectiveness in training delivery
\nCollaborate with operations, HR, and HSE teams to align training with business goals
\nEvaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery methods, taking onboard regular feedback and implementing actions
\nBe a strong partner with operations to ensure training is seen as a priority for the business
\nLiaise with external training vendors as appropriate
\nDemonstrated knowledge of Training systems including experience designing and implementing
\nAny other duties as requested<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree or diploma in Engineering, Training & Education, or related field
\nMinimum 10 years experience in the drilling (Surface and Underground) and Exploration Industry, with at least 5 years in a training leadership role
\nWork Place Assessor Accreditation
\nProven experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools
\nExcellent English and Swahili language skills, both written and verbal
\nOutstanding organisational skills
\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments<\/p>\n
