Provide leadership and guidance to the branch sales team and RO\/RMs at HQ ensuring they meet individual and collective sales objectives.<br \/>\nPromote group proposition and other financial services to rural and urban market effectively communicating the benefits and features to potential clients.<br \/>\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with groups\/community members, groups\/community leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance the organizations presence and reputation.<br \/>\nWith collaboration of Product team, Identify and cultivate partnerships with local organizations, NGOs, and other entities to expand Bank\u2019s reach and impact.<br \/>\nWith collaboration of Marketing team, conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, assess competition, and gather insights for product development.<br \/>\nIn support of Human Resources department, train and develop the sales team on group banking products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.<br \/>\nImplement performance metrics and regularly monitor and evaluate the teams performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.<br \/>\nPrepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the senior management team.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Good critical thinking skills and exercise sound judgment<br \/>\nBanking products knowledge<br \/>\nLeadership skills<br \/>\nStrong in relationship management<br \/>\nProblem Solving,<br \/>\nAnalytical Thinking,<br \/>\nVerbal and Written Communication Skills,<br \/>\nExcellent time management and multi-tasking skills<br \/>\nTeam player<br \/>\nStrong knowledge on BI tools,<br \/>\nStrong knowledge on Microsoft Excel and other Office packages and Presentation skills. Reporting and presentations Skills,<br \/>\nProven experience in product development and a track record of achieving sales targets.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business related studies or equivalent<br \/>\nAtleast 4 years\u2019 banking operations experience preferably in a sales role or group banking.<\/p>\n<p>NMB Bank Plc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
