\nPosition: Telemarketing Officer
\nAbout the Role
\nWe are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketing Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products\/services, generate leads, and support sales conversions.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists or databases.
\nPresent and explain company products\/services to potential customers.
\nMaintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM system.
\nFollow up on leads and conduct market research.
\nMeet and exceed weekly\/monthly sales and call targets.
\nHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues where necessary.
\nCollaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign alignment.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
\nExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
\nGoal-oriented, self-motivated, and persuasive.
\nAbility to handle rejection and remain professional under pressure.
\nProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.<\/p>\n

Gross salary of Tsh. 400,000\/= plus commission.
