\nJob Overview:
\nThe ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will\u00a0be responsible for\u00a0overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, managing\u00a0records,\u00a0keeping\u00a0expenses,\u00a0and conducting other tasks related to finance.\u00a0They should be excellent at recording data and have\u00a0the\u00a0ability to\u00a0produce\u00a0clear financial reports.\u00a0
\nJob Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Monitor accounts payable and receivables\u00a0
\nAssist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports\u00a0
\nSupport the maintenance of the company\u2019s general ledger and charts of accounts\u00a0
\nHelp ensure compliance with local tax laws\u00a0
\nTrack expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company\u00a0
\nMonitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and reporting any variances\u00a0
\nSupport the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts\u00a0
\nAny other tasks related to company operations financial or otherwise.\u00a0
\nAnalyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting\/ finance\/ economics
\n2 + plus years of experience in finance or accounting is an added advantage but not necessary
\nComputer skills with proficiency in MS Office\u202f\u202f
\nExcellent Financial reporting skills\u00a0
\nHighly developed and proven communication skills; oral, written and presentation\u00a0
\nContinuous need to be flexible, adaptable and able to multitask\u00a0
\nTrustworthy and absolute discretion required at all times\u00a0
\nHigh levels of energy and drive, willingness to learn and grow in the role.\u00a0
\nConsistently high performer and excellent role model of the valued behaviors\u00a0
\nAccounting or Finance certification is an added advantage\u00a0
\nStrong problem solver, with hands-on approach to plan and execute well\u00a0<\/p>\n
