\nThe\u00a0Key Purpose\u00a0of this role is\u00a0to lead the Process Engineering function in the Brewery. Optimize the generation and utilization of all utilities within the process. Identifying and delivering initiatives to deliver step change performance improvement and process stability in order to realize true process capability.

\nKey Roles and responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Apply engineering principles in assisting Brewing and E&F production teams to achieve optimal plant performance
\nProvide line support for situational and systemic problem-solving
\nExecute identified process optimisation initiatives
\nExecute identified process capability studies
\nProvide design support for regional capital projects
\nSupport the execution of regional capital projects
\nLead small CAPIN projects in Brewing and\/or E&F plants
\nProvide coaching to process engineering trainees
\nAssist with the identification and closure of Brewing and E&F technological gaps
\nManage, co-ordinate and implement improvement projects to ensure optimization of Brewing and E&F plant and process<\/p>\n

\nKey Attributes and Competencies:<\/p>\n
Deep understanding of E&F and Brewing plant.
\nRigorous analytical skills and ability to apply them to complex problems.
\nAbility to develop project plans and meet project deadlines.
\nAbility to multi-task.
\nWork on own initiative.
\nKnowledge of problem techniques and process optimization.
\nAbility to develop people.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
Min \u2013 BSc Electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
\nKnowledge of Ab InBev policies and procedures
\nRecognized International Brewing Qualification e.g. IBD (advantageous)
\n3 \u2013 5 years working in a brewery experience (advantageous)<\/p>\n
