\nJob Overview
\nEezy Group is currently seeking a qualified Recovery Agent to join our team. This role involves asset recovery and debt collection, ensuring targets are met, and adhering to company processes and procedures.
\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Recover assets assigned and collect debts as instructed by the supervisor.
\nMeet assigned targets efficiently.
\nUtilize assigned tools effectively for work.
\nReceive and understand repossession instructions.
\nExecute repossession instructions as per training provided.
\nFollow the repossession process and procedure strictly.
\nFile repossession documentation as trained and instructed.
\nEnsure all required documents for the repossession process are submitted to the office within the stipulated time.
\nIf assigned a company motor vehicle, maintain it according to the service schedule and ensure its cleanliness.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
Good driving skills and a valid driving license (mandatory).
\nDiploma or higher education in a business-related course.
\nExperience in asset recovery and auctioneering field.
\nGood team player, determined, and outgoing.
\nStrong report writing skills.
\nProblem-solving skills.
\nComputer literate.
\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.
\nGood organizational and time management skills.<\/p>\n
