We are currently seeking two experienced and qualified individuals to join our team as HSE Supervisors for the EACOP-DOCG Project in Chongoleani, Tanga. This role is a vital part of our team in the construction, oil, and gas industry.<\/p>\n
Position: HSE Supervisor (2 Posts)
\nLocation: EACOP-DOCG Project, Chongoleani, Tanga
\nIndustry: Construction, Oil and Gas<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on-site.
\nConduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for all site personnel.
\nMaintain accurate HSE reports and lead incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
\nDrive a proactive safety culture and promote continuous improvement in all HSE practices.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
\nNEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma is mandatory.
\nA minimum of 5 years of continuous experience in the construction industry.
\nSound knowledge of Tanzanian HSE laws and international safety standards.
\nStrong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.<\/p>\n
