Job Description
\nThe Internal Auditor will provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve Onfon Microfinance\u2019s operations. The role ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards including BoT guidelines, and supports effective risk management and control systems.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conducting fraud investigations or audits and providing a way forward to mitigate.
\nPreparation and implementation of business case in regards to BoT regulations.
\nAttend client audits to respond to queries related to assigned compliance programs.
\nRespond to\/review customer journey and security questionnaires.
\nPresent audit findings, risk exposures, and internal control weaknesses to Head of Finance.
\nPerform any other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\nCertification in Internal Auditing (CIA), CPA, or equivalent preferred.
\nKnowledge of microfinance operations and BoT regulatory framework.
\nMinimum of 3 years experience in an auditing firm.<\/p>\n
