\nJob Summary
\nWe are looking for a highly skilled\u00a0System Administrator\u00a0with 3\u20134 years of experience to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensure system performance and security, and support both internal and client-facing IT operations. The ideal candidate should be certified in key enterprise technologies and possess hands-on experience with\u00a0firewalls, virtualization, backups, Office 365, Active Directory, and more.\u00a0Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, networks, firewalls, and endpoint devices.
\nAdminister and configure\u00a0Sophos XGS,\u00a0FortiGate, and other firewall systems.
\nManage\u00a0Active Directory, user authentication, GPOs, DNS, and domain services.
\nAdminister\u00a0Office 365\u00a0services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
\nMaintain\u00a0VMware\u00a0environments (ESXi, vCenter) and perform server provisioning.
\nPerform system backups and disaster recovery using\u00a0Acronis\u00a0or similar solutions.
\nImplement and enforce IT security and cybersecurity best practices.
\nProvide Level 1 & 2 technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
\nMaintain IT asset inventory, software licensing, and infrastructure documentation.
\nSupport patch management, updates, and routine system audits.
\nEnsure system performance and uptime by monitoring critical services and generating reports.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
\n3\u20134 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
\nStrong knowledge of:
\nFirewalls\u00a0(Sophos, FortiGate)
\nActive Directory\u00a0& Group Policy Management
\nOffice 365\u00a0administration
\nVMware\u00a0virtualization
\nBackup and DR\u00a0solutions (Acronis preferred)
\nFamiliarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP\/IP, VPN, and LAN\/WAN management.
\nExcellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n
Certifications (Preferred)<\/p>\n
Sophos Certified Engineer \/ Architect
\nFortinet NSE 4 or above
\nVMware VCP
\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
\nAcronis Cyber Protect Certification<\/p>\n
