\nPosition Summary
\nThe Marketing Executive will drive business growth and revenue by identifying and securing clients, developing and executing e-commerce sales and marketing strategies, and enhancing brand awareness.
\nThis role includes digital marketing, social media management, content creation, graphic design, and direct marketing to expand the company\u2019s reach and boost customer engagement.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities
\nMarketing Strategy Development & Implementation<\/p>\n
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and meet growth targets.
\nCreate cost-effective marketing plans targeting corporations, NGOs, embassies, and the community.
\nConduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand customer needs.
\nCollaborate with clinical staff to organize health talks and events that improve visibility.<\/p>\n
Buy vitamins and supplements
\nDigital Marketing & E-Commerce Management<\/p>\n
Develop and manage e-commerce strategy, including website design, content, and user experience.
\nManage social media platforms with engaging, clinician-supported content.
\nExecute and optimize digital marketing campaigns using analytics.
\nOversee email marketing, SMS, and mass communications.<\/p>\n
Graphic Design & Print Marketing<\/p>\n
Design graphic adverts and schedule campaigns within budget across print and digital channels.
\nCoordinate with printers and marketing firms to produce promotional materials.
\nManage relationships with advertising agencies and place print ads in targeted publications.<\/p>\n
Client Relationship & Business Development<\/p>\n
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies, NGOs, and embassies.
\nPromote the health facility\u2019s services through visits and participation in corporate events.
\nSecure partnerships and sponsorships to boost brand presence.<\/p>\n
Buy vitamins and supplements
\nEvent Management & Sponsorship<\/p>\n
Identify and participate in relevant events for brand promotion.
\nOrganize internal and external events to support marketing objectives and community engagement.<\/p>\n
Public Relations & Media Engagement<\/p>\n
Work with media outlets to secure coverage for facility events and campaigns.
\nDevelop media relations strategies to enhance public visibility.
\nLaunch marketing campaigns responsive to current health issues.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Analytics<\/p>\n
Track and analyze marketing data to measure campaign success.
\nPrepare monthly marketing and client acquisition reports for internal meetings.<\/p>\n
Other Duties<\/p>\n
Support front desk operations when needed.
\nPerform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth marketing department operations.<\/p>\n

Client acquisition and retention.
\nIncreased brand awareness and engagement.
\nAlignment of marketing strategies with business goals and patient needs.<\/p>\n
Skills & Qualifications
\nSkills:<\/p>\n
Excellent written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
\nProficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
\nExperience in website design and management, preferably on Wix.
\nStrong social media marketing and content creation skills.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Higher Education in Marketing, Mass Media, Public Relations, or related fields.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
4-6 years in a similar marketing role.
\nExperience with website development, SEO, and e-commerce.
\nPrior experience in healthcare or related sectors preferred.
\nStrong knowledge of Dar es Salaam\u2019s business, NGO, and community landscape.
\nFamiliarity with advertising companies in Dar es Salaam.
\nProven track record in digital marketing, business development, and client management.<\/p>\n
