Key responsibilities
\nBusiness performance<\/p>\n
Deliver sales, revenue, deposits, risk assets, targets, and efficiency ratios.<\/p>\n
Prepare and deliver on approved branch budgets.<\/p>\n
Manage costs strictly, including reviewing both direct and indirect costs generated by the branch.<\/p>\n
Achieve a cost\/income ratio in the branch.<\/p>\n
Relationship management & customer service<\/p>\n
Deliver on customer service standards, acquisition and client satisfaction levels.<\/p>\n
Retain high-performing clients and grow share of wallet in the target market.<\/p>\n
People management & teaming<\/p>\n
Build and develop a high-performing team.<\/p>\n
Drive performance development and coaching to achieve productivity and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Process, controls, and operation performance<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with operational risk requirements.<\/p>\n
Comply with branch layout standards, KYC, and operating & risk policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Strategic initiatives<\/p>\n
Expand approved market reach.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & experience<\/p>\n
Educational background: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related fields.<\/p>\n
Professional experience: At least 5 years in relationship management and branch operations.<\/p>\n
