\nHuman Resources Legal Director \u2013 1 Position
\nRole Overview
\nThe HR & Legal Manager will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and developing diverse talent, handling a combination of legal, human resources, and corporate governance duties. This role includes providing legal advice, managing HR-related legal matters, and ensuring compliance with company law and regulations. As the company secretary, he\/she will be involved in drafting legal documents, managing company records, and supporting the board of directors.

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration & Law, or related field; Master\u2019s degree preferred.
\nSHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
\nMinimum of 10 years of Legal & HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
\nStrong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
\nExperience in organizational change management and culture transformation.
\nProven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy development<\/p>\n
