\nFinancial Controller \u2013 1 Position
\nRole Overview
\nThe successful candidate will oversee all accounting operations of MSUFINI, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient management of financial resources. He\/she will lead the accounting team, manage budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to financial strategy, investment planning, fund management, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in investment banking, a strong understanding of financial structuring, and experience in chemical manufacturing.

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Commerce (BCom) \u2013 Accounting, Finance, or related field.
\nCertified Public Accountant with active registration status.
\nMaster\u2019s in Business Administration (MBA) \u2013 Finance, Strategy, or related specialization.
\n10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably as a CFO, Finance Director, or Investment Manager.
\nStrong background in investment banking, corporate finance, or fund management.
\nExperience in the chemical manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
\nProven track record of structuring and managing investment funds.
\nExpertise in financial modeling, M&A, capital structuring, and financial planning.<\/p>\n
