\nJob Purpose:
\nThe Business Centre Manager ensures efficient performance of the Branch\/Business Centre, markets VFT-MFB\u2019s products and services, and ensures adequate information flow within the Branch\/Business Centre.
\nMain Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Coordinate and control branch\/business center operations.
\nDevelop the branch\/business center business plan and annual work plan.
\nChair the Branch\/Business Centre Credit Committee and participate in evaluating, approving, or rejecting loans according to policies.
\nReview legal documents and security files of approved loans.
\nAssist legal counsel in matters involving remedial account management.
\nCoordinate with the Regional Manager to plan for personnel needs.
\nMonitor staff performance and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
\nEnsure timely submission of Branch\/Business Centre reports.
\nAttend branch managers\u2019 meetings.<\/p>\n
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Competencies:

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
\nMaster\u2019s in Marketing, Business Administration, or Accounting is an added advantage.
\nVery good knowledge of oral and written English.
\nVery good analytical and reporting skills.
\n5 years\u2019 experience in credit management and savings & deposit operations.<\/p>\n
