\nBagamoyo Sugar Limited is seeking candidates for the position of Security Guard with five (5) vacancies available. \nDuties and Responsibilities
\nThe Security Guard will be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n
Assist with internal security investigations as needed.
\nPatrol company premises to ensure the safety of people and property.
\nControl entry and exit for staff, contractors, and visitors.
\nRespond quickly to alarms and emergencies.
\nVerify identification and ensure compliance with company access protocols.
\nCooperate with law enforcement during investigations or audits.
\nPrevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
\nPerform any other duties as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills Required
\nApplicants must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
\nPhysically fit and mentally alert.
\nRespectful, punctual, and committed to duty.
\nAble to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
\nCompleted JKT or a recognized security course.
\nBasic knowledge of English and proper command of Kiswahili.<\/p>\n
