\nPosition Overview
\nWe are seeking a\u00a0Digital Marketing Officer\u00a0with experience in strengthening online presence and drive brand visibility through creative and impactful digital campaigns.
\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, designing digital materials, and executing campaigns that align with the organisation\u2019s branding and growth objectives.
\nThis role requires a creative and proactive individual with a passion for digital trends, content creation, and design.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Social Media & Content Creation<\/p>\n
Manage and grow the organisation\u2019s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
\nCreate engaging and original content (posts, stories, reels, blogs, and videos).
\nMonitor social media analytics and adjust strategies for better engagement.<\/p>\n
Digital Campaigns & Branding<\/p>\n
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the organisation\u2019s services and brand.
\nDesign posters, graphics, and promotional materials using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
\nCollaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.<\/p>\n
Marketing Support & Visibility<\/p>\n
Assist in planning and executing events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
\nTrack campaign performance and prepare digital marketing reports.
\nResearch and recommend new tools, platforms, and trends to enhance brand visibility.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Competencies<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
\n1\u20133 years of experience\u00a0in digital marketing, social media management, or related role.
\nHands-on experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
\nBasic graphic design skills\u00a0with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
\nStrong creativity, storytelling ability, and eye for design.
\nKnowledge of digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) is an advantage.
\nStrong communication and organisational skills with ability to multitask.<\/p>\n
