\nPosition Overview
\nThe successful candidate will oversee company projects under Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage Annual Software Maintenance Support (ASM) for both local and international ERP projects.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead and motivate the support team to achieve clear goals and targets.
\nOversee timely service delivery and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
\nManage and ensure compliance with SLAs for ERP support contracts.
\nCoordinate multiple support projects across diverse regions, maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
\nAnalyze customer issue trends and recommend improvements to service and system performance.
\nPrepare and submit detailed performance reports to customers.
\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the main support contact.
\nEnsure compliance with local and international regulations, safeguarding sensitive data.
\nParticipate in tender processes related to support services.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Competencies<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
\nMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in ERP implementation and support.
\nAt least 2 years\u2019 proven experience as IT Support Manager or Customer Account Manager.
\nStrong knowledge of ERP systems such as EPICOR, SAP, or similar.
\nExperience in system development and customization is an advantage.
\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and customer management skills.
\nAbility to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
\nAnalytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
\nWillingness to manage both local and international projects, including travel outside Tanzania.<\/p>\n
