\nResponsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ensure safe work practices, i.e. attending compulsory safety courses and meetings, use of required PPE, incident\/accident reporting and ensuring total adherence to all Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Policies, as well as other relevant policies, procedures and guidelines
\nEnsure all pumps are always operating
\nEnsure pumps locations are kept clean and tidy
\nTaking care of workshop tools
\nEnsure no damage will be tolerated of the company equipment and if any must be immediately reported to the UG Fixed Plant Supervisor
\nConducting Pre-Start Inspection on Open Pit and Under Ground pumps prior to work.
\nMonitoring pump equipment displays panels showing any faults and reports to the Supervisor
\nReport to supervisor all maintenance requirements and operating problems on pumps.
\nMust assist with poly pipe work as required
\nParticipate in regular safety meetings.
\nCarry out any other relevant duties assigned by the Fixed Plant Supervisor<\/p>\n
Qualification requirements<\/p>\n
Trade qualified VETA or FTC
\nMust hold a Valid Tanzania Driving License<\/p>\n
Experience and competencies needed.<\/p>\n
Experience in operating Open Pit and Under Ground pumps
\nExperience in pump fitter
\nExperience in poly welding
\nRubber liner<\/p>\n
