\nPurpose of the Role
\nTo drive the Banks brand visibility and market positioning by leading creative design initiatives, developing impactful marketing materials, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all communication channels. The role will combine strategic creativity with hands-on graphic design to support campaigns, digital presence, and corporate identity.
\nSummary of Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Creative & Design Development<\/p>\n
Conceptualize, design, and produce creative content (print, digital, video, animations) aligned with the Banks brand guidelines.<\/p>\n
Lead creative execution for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.<\/p>\n
Designing internal communication materials to support organizational initiatives<\/p>\n
Create content calendars aligned with business objectives to engage audiences and deliver timely, relevant campaigns.<\/p>\n
2. Brand Management<\/p>\n
Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications.<\/p>\n
Develop creative assets that strengthen brand identity and visibility.<\/p>\n
Monitor brand application to ensure adherence to corporate standards.<\/p>\n
3. Marketing Campaign Support<\/p>\n
Collaborate with marketing team members to translate campaign strategies into compelling visuals.<\/p>\n
Developing creative and engaging content for social media platforms.<\/p>\n
Contribute to the planning and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n
4. Innovation & Market Trends<\/p>\n
Stay updated on creative design trends, digital tools, and emerging marketing technologies.
\nIntroduce innovative creative concepts to strengthen competitive advantage.<\/p>\n
5. Stakeholder Collaboration<\/p>\n
Work closely with internal departments to provide creative support for presentations, reports, and communications.<\/p>\n
Manage relationships with external creative agencies, printers, and vendors.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, creative design, or advertising.
\nProven expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CorelDraw, WordPress, etc.)
\nA strong portfolio demonstrating creative and design skills.
\nExperience in videography and photography will be considered an added advantage.<\/p>\n

\nStrong attention to detail and aesthetics.
\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.
\nAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
\nTeam players with strong interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
