\nResponsible for effective and efficient procurement of various company goods and services, contract management, and overall fleet management through the use of best practices.
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Sourcing for suppliers and their prequalification according to the ENGIE Mobisol UK Ltd Tanzania\u2019s policies.
\nCarrying out Procurement Functions for ENGIE Mobisol UK Ltd, Tanzania, its employees, its related parties promptly and in accordance with approved Procurement Policies and Processes.
\nEngagement in continuous development and improvements of the company\u2019s procurement process to save costs, ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
\nEnsuring all relevant procurement-related documents are in place and properly filed.
\nEnsuring that relevant Procurement Process Management Tools are up to date and 100% accurately maintained.
\nSupport of Engie\u2019s Mobisol UK Ltd, Tanzania\u2019s Fleet- and HSE-Management.<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Skills
\nExperience\u00a0:<\/p>\n
Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain or a similar position.
\nExperience in Supplier Sourcing, Fleet & Contract Management.
\nExcellent Analytical skills, bargaining Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Negotiation Skills.
\nExcellent sense of urgency and Time Management with high organizational skills.
\nBasic knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel\/Word) and computer knowledge is required
\nAdvanced knowledge in SAP is a Plus<\/p>\n
Qualifications\u00a0:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Procurement<\/p>\n
