We drive changes in practice and policy at local, national and global levels using our reach, experience and knowledge.<br \/>\nFor over 85 years, we have rallied other determined optimists to transform the lives of all children in more than 80 countries.<br \/>\nWe won\u2019t stop until we are all equal.<br \/>\nROLE PURPOSE<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe Head of Policy, Strategy and Quality (HoPSQ) is a senior leadership role at Plan International Tanzania (PIT) responsible for driving strategic direction, programme\u00a0quality, and high-impact influencing.\u00a0The role\u00a0will shape the strategic direction of our work, manage a talented team of\u00a0thematic\u00a0advisors,\u00a0MERL, Policy\u00a0and\u00a0communication\u00a0who will\u00a0champion quality, learning, and innovation across all programmes.<br \/>\nS\/he\u00a0ensures that all programmes are evidence-based, aligned with national priorities and Plan International\u2019s global strategy, and are contributing to systemic and sustainable change for children and young people, especially girls. This role drives strategy development, programme innovation,\u00a0programme quality\u00a0and learning while strengthening Plan\u2019s external influence through strong evidence and communication.<br \/>\nS\/he will be responsible to national, sub-national, regional and global and national policy-advocacy agenda within the context of\u00a0PIT Country Strategy.
