\nPosition Overview
\nThe Fiber Project Management Officer will play a critical role in overseeing fiber deployment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
\nQualifications
\nTo succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure or fiber deployment.
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
\nProficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
Core Responsibilities
\nThe selected candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines for fiber deployment initiatives.
\nMonitoring project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
\nIdentifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
\nEnsuring compliance with Axian Group standards and local regulations.
\nPreparing executive summaries and strategic reports for leadership.
\nCoordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
\nSupporting vendor management and contract execution processes.
\nFacilitating lessons learned sessions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
