\nComputer Centre Tanzania is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Customer Success Executive Intern to support their team in delivering exceptional client experiences in the IT sector. Below are the details of the position.
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Process software license orders, track renewals, and send timely reminders (90\/60\/30 days).
\nPrepare monthly reports on renewals, pending actions, and at-risk accounts.
\nAnalyze non-renewal risks, customer engagement, and product usage.
\nConduct solution health checks and communicate product value to clients.
\nSchedule customer visits to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and share with account teams.
\nCollect and submit accurate end-user details for order processing.
\nEnsure successful installation and activation through follow-ups.
\nProvide basic technical support or escalate issues to relevant teams.
\nMaintain accurate records of orders, communications, and timelines.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Business IT, or a related field.
\nStrong computer literacy and familiarity with cloud portals and digital tools.
\nCustomer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and multitask.
\nAbility to travel for occasional client visits.
\nBasic understanding of software licensing and IT support services.<\/p>\n
