All this in addition to a brilliant opportunity to build a career in your field of expertise, across our different operating companies in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Airtel Africa is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and remain fully committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Channel onboarding<\/p>\n<p>Set up new partners \u2013 key accounts, merchants and any other relevant accounts on the Airtel Money system while ensuring proper coordination and creation within the defined business processes and turnaround timelines.<br \/>\nEnsure all relevant Know Your Customer (KYC) documents e.g. duly completed forms, company incorporation documents, business permits, copy of identification documents etc. are received from trade and approved by the Airtel Money (AM) Risk &amp; Compliance team.<br \/>\nCarry out preliminary KYC documentation checks for the relevant information. If the documents received do not conform to the requirements and have been rejected by AM Risk &amp; Compliance communicate with partner account owner for correction before account is created.<br \/>\nEnter the partner account details in the Airtel Money system, create and assign the tills as well as review the creation of the partner accounts to ensure that there are no errors and the account type and correct hierarchy mapping.<br \/>\nInform respective partner that the account is created and provide assistance and guidance in the activation process.<br \/>\nAttach the application forms to the Airtel money system or document management system and file the hardcopy after creation.<br \/>\nResolve a request as and when received.<br \/>\nEnsure partners are on boarded with correct approved tarrifs.<\/p>\n<p>Float management<\/p>\n<p>Verify the initial deposit slips or subsequent deposit or transfer of funds in trust account with Finance before crediting (allocating) float to partner accounts.<br \/>\nContact Finance to confirm that the partner account has been fully credited with initial float deposited.<br \/>\nEnsure float automations are happening smoothly and engage the banks for resolutions where there are issues.<br \/>\nEnsure liquidity of the key wallets to avoid business interruptions.<br \/>\nAutomate more trust bank channels to eradicate manual float purchase<\/p>\n<p>Partner support\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Communicate and align with partners and other stakeholders the support process to resolve issues faced.<br \/>\nReceive and coordinate partners\u2019 queries resolution by cross functional engagement.<br \/>\nTimely response to partners\u2019 issues and keep health relationship with partners for continued business.<br \/>\nProactive monitory of key partners\u2019 services to avoid interruptions.<br \/>\nSupport partners bank sweep configurations.<br \/>\nSupport partners\u2019 funds movement through bank sweeps or manual transfers requests.<br \/>\nSupport partners commission payments.<\/p>\n<p>Processes and controls<\/p>\n<p>Periodic review (e.g. quarterly) of processes related to partners onboarding, sweeps configurations, partners churn etc.<br \/>\nPerform all key controls related to channel partners onboarding e.g KYC review, Landing review and correction, sweep configurations etc.<br \/>\nEnsure KYC document are securely stored and can easily be retrieved.<br \/>\nTimely processing and dispatching of partner payments after Finance approval.<br \/>\nChannel partners audit support both internal and external.<\/p>\n<p>Airtel Money Reports<\/p>\n<p>Float reports showing and tracking the purchases through manual and automated channels.<br \/>\nOnboarding report how many on boarded weekly, monthly.<br \/>\nComplaints register\u2026what are top complaints, how many complaints, SLA for complaints resolution.<br \/>\nExtract and share reports on issues logged, tracking the SLA of each issue resolutions and the status of each.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n<p>Engage with cross functional stakeholders internal and external in carrying out the daily operations to ensure effective communication and update on all the activities.<br \/>\nParticipate in testing in case of any partner related process improvements or changes.<br \/>\nUndertake other duties as may be assigned from time to time.<br \/>\nKeep all relevant people informed of progress in work, presents complex information and concepts in a way which is simple to understand.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Educational Level<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Experience<\/p>\n<p>1 year of experience in administration.<br \/>\n2 years of experience from financial and or telecommunications will be an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Other Relevant Dimensions\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Excellent Excel skills.<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal skill.<br \/>\nExcellent written communication skills.<br \/>\nExcellent Microsoft Outlook skills.<br \/>\nPutting partners first \u2013 listens to and understands the needs of partners.<br \/>\nCommunicating for impact \u2013 is clear and concise in written and spoken communication; keeps all relevant people informed of progress in work, presents complex information and concepts in a way which is simple to understand.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
