Background
\nDCB Commercial Bank Plc is a fully-fledged retail and commercial bank in Tanzania. The bank offers banking services to individuals, microfinance, small to medium-sized businesses (MSMEs), as well as large corporate clients.
\nThe bank has a wide branch network of over 8 branches, more than 1,000 DCB Wakala Agents, and over 280 Umoja switch ATMs serving over 3 million customers across the country.
\nWe are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of\u00a0Treasury Sales Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for building bridges between the bank\u2019s business units and the market for Treasury products, strategies, and structured solutions.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related field<\/p>\n
ACI dealing certification<\/p>\n
3 years\u2019 experience in treasury sales<\/p>\n
Ability to pull together various resources to sell and deliver customer solutions<\/p>\n
Inclusive, flexible, and sensitive to client culture<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities<\/p>\n
Work closely with business units to increase the cross-selling ratio
\nGovernment job listings<\/p>\n
Ensure clients are serviced efficiently through quick quotation of rates, quality market inputs, and regular contact<\/p>\n
Provide solutions for clients with value-added products<\/p>\n
Ensure diversification and quality of pipeline and revenues<\/p>\n
Deliver FX sales revenue as per agreed budgets<\/p>\n
Manage a new client acquisition strategy to continually increase new clients<\/p>\n
Monitor service levels and implement strategic measures to improve customer satisfaction and overall profitability<\/p>\n
Conduct treasury sales analytics and other relevant analytics as required<\/p>\n
