\nFinance Accelerating Savings Group Transformation (FAST): FAST loan is cashless, digital and paperless whereby a credit is provided as one loan to the whole group for them to lend out amongst their members based on their constitution.

\nPosition:\u00a0Field Officer Supervisor
\nReporting to:\u00a0Business Center Manager
\nResponsibility:<\/p>\n
Setting\/Agreeing targets with Field officers
\nAgreeing daily activity plan with Field officer
\nMonitor Field Officer Performance on regular basis.
\nContinuously coach and train Field Officers.
\nMonitoring FAST Loan performance.<\/p>\n

\nMain tasks;\u00a0<\/p>\n
Identify training needed for different cadre of staff engaged with the FAST product
\nPlan & Coordinates trainings in collaboration with People & Culture for Field Officers,<\/p>\n
Business Center Managers and other VisionFund Tanzania staff as the need arises<\/p>\n
To monitor Field Officers performance on daily basis
\nTo Monitor the performance of loans and other financial services offered to FAST groups
\nTo develop a roll out plan which includes, location, staffing plan and required budget
\nTo oversee\/implement the recruitment\/hiring\/onboarding of field officers in collaboration with People & Culture
\nTo liaise \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 with \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 IT \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 to \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 set \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 up \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 necessary \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 channels \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 including \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 the functioning \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 of<\/p>\n

Ensure proper reporting of FAST loans in core banking system and Bankbi \u00fc Responsible for timely submission of quarter client stories.
\nCoordinate and support impact surveys as needed
\nCollect and share lessons learned with wider SG implementing MFIs<\/p>\n
Education\/Experience; \u2013<\/p>\n
Bachelor degree in any of;<\/p>\n
Rural development,
\nSales and Marketing,
\nBusiness Administration, Economics
\nCommunity development<\/p>\n
Ability to work in remote arears
\nHave a valid motor cycle driving license
\nSolid understanding on Village Saving and Lending system or S4T model
\nMust be fluent in English
\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office<\/p>\n
