\nTUTUS Insurance Brokers is a fast-growing brokerage firm in Tanzania seeking\u00a0highly driven sales professionals\u00a0with proven experience in selling\u00a0insurance products. This is a\u00a0contractual, performance-based role\u2014no basic salary\u2014with\u00a0attractive commissions\u00a0and an\u00a0annual bonus. Successful candidates will also receive a\u00a0monthly transport and airtime allowance.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Post job free<\/p>\n
Prospect, pitch, and close sales for general and life insurance products.
\nBuild and manage a strong pipeline through field visits, phone outreach, and referrals.
\nMaintain excellent relationships with clients, underwriters, and partners in your assigned region.
\nPrepare timely sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.
\nRepresent TUTUS professionally in your region and support brand visibility activities.
\nEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum 1\u20132 years\u2019\u00a0proven sales experience in insurance\u00a0(brokerage or insurer).
\nStrong knowledge of common insurance products (e.g., motor, medical, property, liability, life).
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
\nSelf-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
\nProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic CRM\/reporting.
\nDiploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field is an added advantage.
\nValid identification and ability to travel within the assigned region.<\/p>\n
