\nHead of Supervisors (1 Position) Msimamizi Mkuu
\nWork Station: Dodoma
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee supervisors and ensure they perform their duties effectively.
\nFacilitate communication between management and lower-level employees.
\nEnsure cleaning and gardening tasks are delivered with quality and on time.
\nPlan and assign tasks to supervisors and the entire team.
\nMonitor attendance, discipline, and performance of all employees.
\nAddress challenges or complaints from clients or the work team.
\nProvide daily\/weekly\/monthly work reports to senior management.
\nEnsure work equipment and safety protocols are fully implemented.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Education: From Form IV to diploma level.
\nStrong leadership and communication skills.
\nExperience in managing cleaning operations is an advantage.
\nAge: 18 to 45 years.<\/p>\n
