Full ER case management including disciplinary &amp; grievance handling processes.<br \/>\nCompliance &amp; Regulations: Ensure full compliance with Tanzanian Labour Law &amp; keep abreast with regulatory changes<br \/>\nLiaising with external authorities i.e. TRA, NSSF, WCF, External auditors, and so forth including working with Trade Union<\/p>\n<p>Administration and General services\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Manage the office accommodation and office services<br \/>\nManage the logistics means of TEMTL<br \/>\nManage all TotalEnergies expatriates including TotalEnergies EACOP secondees in Tanzania<\/p>\n<p>Candidate Profile<\/p>\n<p>Professional experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Seniority in Human Resources \u2013 Minimum of 10 years of Experience of which at least 5 years in a Senior positions of same magnitude<\/p>\n<p>Job search engine<\/p>\n<p>Technical competencies:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Business Administration or Human Resources Degree level qualification<br \/>\nPost Graduate Diploma in HR Management\/ Masters is added advantage<br \/>\nCommunication complementary training is a plus<br \/>\nStrong Negotiation, judgement and anticipation skills<\/p>\n<p>Behavioral competencies:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Must be achievement oriented<br \/>\nAbility to set-up and manage networks<br \/>\nGood analytical, planning and organizing skills<br \/>\nGood communication skills (in English speaking and writing)<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
