Direct Healthcare: Provide\u00a0first aid, administer medications, and manage minor illnesses and injuries.
\nHealth Screenings: Conduct\u00a0vision, hearing, and other health screenings to identify potential issues.
\nHealth Management:Assess and manage chronic health conditions, developing individualized health plans in collaboration with parents and Head mistress.
\nHealth Promotion:Educate children, staff, and parents on health, wellness, and safety practices.
\nMedication Management:Administer medications accurately, maintain medical stock, and ensure the medical area is clean and organized.
\nRecord Keeping:Maintain accurate, confidential medical records for all children.
\nCommunication & Coordination:Act as a liaison between parents, healthcare providers, and other agencies to ensure appropriate care.
\nEnvironmental Safety:Monitor and promote a healthy, safe, and clean nursery environment.
\nEmergency Response:Respond to health emergencies and ensure preparedness for medical events.
