\nPurpose of the position\u00a0
\nsupporting the finance department, head of accounts and the management by completing the regular accounting\u00a0\u00a0tasks of the Company.
\nQualification and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
\n3 years of experience in finance and taxation
\nNot more than 45 years of age
\nAbility to write and speak English
\nComputer literacy. (proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
\nHigh knowledge of IT will be an added advantage
\nGood communication skills<\/p>\n

Prepare, examine payroll, financial statements and other financial reports for accuracy, completeness and\u00a0 conformance to reporting standards.
\nRegister new employees with NSSF benefits. And Prepare Monthly TRA, NSSF, WCF and other statutory\u00a0 returns
\nEnsure accuracy and completeness of accounts and finance documentation and keep track of creditors and\u00a0 debtors
\nCalculate provisional tax and revise as necessary, maintain finance files and assist audits
\nEnsure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
\nCarry out financial analysis of the company operations to inform decisions.
\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic management reports that compare budgeted\u00a0 costs to actual costs and variances.
\nAnalyze on a monthly basis chargeable and non-chargeable time in the Company.
\nUpdate accounts receivable and payable lists and conduct debtors and creditors age analyses.
\nCompute all relevant taxes, prepare and file tax returns to ensure compliance with all statutory authorities.
\nCompute, make payment and submit all relevant statutory returns.<\/p>\n
