Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Design and execute mass market initiatives and campaigns.<\/p>\n
Develop data-driven customer segmentation to target high-potential segments.
\nCreate compelling offers tailored for affordability and mass adoption (voice, data, bundles).
\nCoordinate with creative agencies for campaign design and messaging.
\nRoll out ATL (TV, radio, print) and BTL (roadshows, POS branding) campaigns.
\nEnsure nationwide campaign execution consistency through regional teams.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies.<\/p>\n
Work closely with product team to package offers that drive usage and penetration.
\nAlign sales push with marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
\nConduct cross-functional planning workshops to synchronize execution timelines.
\nEnsure retailer-level activation supports campaign visibility.
\nShare campaign learnings with all stakeholders for future improvements.<\/p>\n
Monitor program performance and adjust tactics as needed.<\/p>\n
Track KPIs: acquisition, ARPU uplift, churn reduction, and campaign ROI.
\nSet up dashboards to provide real-time insights into program uptake.
\nConduct weekly reviews with zonal\/regional teams to identify challenges.
\nRefine offers, pricing, or messaging based on customer behavior and competitor activity.
\nReallocate budgets and resources to high-performing regions for better ROI.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.<\/p>\n
Commission consumer surveys, focus groups, and mystery shopping to capture insights.
\nTrack competitor offers, campaigns, and pricing to benchmark Airtel\u2019s position.
\nMap emerging customer needs in rural and urban mass markets.
\nUse analytics to spot untapped geographies and segments for expansion.
\nShare research findings with leadership for strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Educational Qualifications & Functional\/Technical Skills<\/p>\n
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
\nStrong understanding of mass market dynamics.
\nExcellent project management and analytical skills<\/p>\n
Relevant Experience<\/p>\n
5+ years in program management or marketing.<\/p>\n
Other requirements (Behavioral etc.)<\/p>\n

\nStrong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
\nExcellent Planning Skills.
\nAbility to drive execution with focus, urgency, and accountability to deliver measurable outcomes.
