What you\u2019ll do<\/p>\n
Role Purpose:
\nResult -driven Key Account Manager to acquire and retain enterprise customers for Vodacom. The role focuses on driving revenue growth across Fixed, Mobile, M-Pesa, and other Vodacom solutions, while building long-term strategic relationships with key clients.
\nKey Responsibilities:\u00a0
\n\u2022Acquire new enterprise accounts and grow existing ones.
\n\u2022Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all product lines.
\n\u2022Deliver financial KPIs including revenue, margin, and customer retention.
\n\u2022Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
\n\u2022Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
\n\u2022Monitor competitor strategies and provide insights to win business.
\n\u2022Maintain churn rate below 5% annually.<\/p>\n
Who you are<\/p>\n
Key Skills & Experience:\u00a0
\n\u2022Proven experience in enterprise sales and relationship management.
\n\u2022Strong understanding of telecom products (Voice, Data, Fixed Line, M-Pesa).
\n\u2022Ability to develop customer-centric solutions.
\n\u2022Excellent networking and C-level engagement skills.
\n\u2022Financial acumen and understanding of corporate governance.
\n\u2022Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
\nQualifications:\u00a0
\n\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or related field.
\n\u2022Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations.
\n\u2022Experience managing key accounts and delivering service excellence.
\n\u2022Fluent in English; multilingual is an advantage.
\n\u2022Strong computer literacy.<\/p>\n
