\nRESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Process and administer employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies.
\nMaintain and update employee records in HRIS and payroll systems, reflecting changes in job status, salary, and benefits.
\nPerform regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR and payroll data.
\nSupport month-end, quarter-end and year-end payroll tasks
\nPrepare and deliver payroll and HR reports for management, including headcount, leave balances, and compensation summaries.
\nHandle employee lifecycle changes in systems, such as new hires, terminations, and promotions.
\nRespond to employee questions about payroll, deductions, benefits, and leave balances.
\nCoordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
\nAssist with HRIS and payroll system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
\nMaintain confidentiality of sensitive data, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
\nReview and validate attendance and timekeeping records for payroll accuracy.
\nMaintain and update standard procedures for payroll and HRIS operations.
\nAssist with audits by providing accurate payroll and HRIS data and documentation.
\nStay updated on Tanzanian Laws that govern the payroll and HR compliance requirements, helping implement necessary updates.<\/p>\n

\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science or a related field<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
2+ years of experience in HRIS administration.<\/p>\n
SKILLS \/ KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
\nUnderstanding of payroll laws and HR compliance standards.
\nHigh attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
\nProficient in advanced MS Excel and data reporting.
\nKnowledge of web application development using the ASP.NET framework and C# or other related programming languages.
\nProficiency in Database Management Systems (DBMS), specifically SQL Server.
\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
