Job Purpose
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible to transport Executives in a timely, safe, and effective manner.
\nSpecific Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Driving Executives to meetings, conferences, social engagements, and other events as requested
\nEnsures vehicle is clean and in working order.
\nInspects vehicle prior to daily vehicle usage.
\nResponsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, checking oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, fire extinguisher, reflectors, service schedule etc.,
\nMaintain driver logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
\nReports vehicle concerns timely.
\nFollows all safety and vehicle safety requirements.
\nComplies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
\nComply with company car driving policy and National Road Regulations.
\nParticipates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.
\nPerform any other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Job Qualification and Experience<\/p>\n
Advanced Certificate (VIP) \/ Diploma of driving course from a recognized institution
\nCourse for Executive Drivers from National Institute of Transportation (NIT)
\nClass A, B, D and C Driver\u2019s License
\nAt least 5 years driving experience in public roads preferably in LDVs
\nA clean Police Clearance Report
\nMilitary\/Police training will be an added advantage
\nKnowledge of Tanzania Driving Regulations
\nAble to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
Terms of Service: The successful candidate will be engaged on a\u00a0Fixed Term Contract.
