JOB DESCRIPTION: Site Manager
\nLocation:\u00a0Morogoro, Dodoma & Chalinze<\/p>\n
JOB SUMMARY
\nWe are looking for a Site Manager. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of work activities at the project site. This role involves managing site personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, facilitating communication, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Prepare and manage job cards\/timesheets and ensure accurate and complete filling for all site workers.
\nProcess and prepare payroll information accurately and submit it to the Accounts Relations Manager.
\nMonitor and enforce time management practices among workers during working hours.
\nEnsure all site activities and worker conduct adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
\nFacilitate the signing of employment contracts and ensure all required documentation is completed by new employees.
\nIssue warning letters to employees exhibiting unacceptable behavior and end-of-contract letters to those whose contracts have expired, in accordance with company procedures.
\nProvide language translation between local workers and Chinese supervisors to ensure clear and effective communication.
\nAct as a point of contact for worker concerns and facilitate communication with relevant departments.
\nListen to and address employee problems and grievances in accordance with company rules and regulations.
\nFoster a positive and collaborative work environment.
\nConduct onboarding processes for new workers joining the project, ensuring they are familiar with site procedures and company policies.
\nProvide employment contracts to new workers, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood.
\nPrepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports on site activities, progress, and any relevant issues.
\nEnsure the provision of necessary health services to workers, including facilitating medical attention (e.g., sending injured workers to the hospital).
\nIn the event of job openings, advertise the position or inform local authorities to identify qualified candidates.<\/p>\n

\nPerform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors to support project goals.<\/p>\n
Requirements;<\/p>\n
Diploma\/Degree or any equivalent Educational qualification
\nAny formal training in construction basics, safety, or specific trades can be beneficial.
\nAbility to keep track of tasks and information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nProficiency in record-keeping and report preparation.<\/p>\n
