Job Description:
\nWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The right candidate will bring creativity, leadership and consistency to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Design and oversee seasonal menus that balance creativity, local flavors and international standards.
\nLead, train and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistency and excellence in every dish.
\nEnsure food presentation, taste and timing meet high quality standards.
\nMonitor food costs, portion control and stock levels to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
\nEnforce strict hygiene, safety and food handling practices in line with health regulations.
\nCollaborate with management on special menus for events, private functions and themed functions.
\nManage staff scheduling, performance and development for smooth daily operations.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume resort\/hotel
\nStrong leadership and people management skills.
\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
\nExcellent understanding of kitchen financials, budgeting and inventory management.
\nAbility to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards during peak service hours.
\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with both kitchen and front-of-house team.<\/p>\n
