Job Description:
\nWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a natural leader and someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee all resort operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house and service departments.
\nDevelop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
\nLead, mentor and manage department heads to ensure seamless coordination and high performance.
\nIdentify opportunities for innovation, cost savings and service improvement across the resort.
\nCollaborate with marketing, sales and events teams to drive occupancy and promote resort offerings.
\nEnsure compliance with health, safety and hospitality standards.
\nResolve guest complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
\nMonitor financial performance, budgeting and resource allocation to meet revenue and profitability goals.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
\nProven experience (5-7 years) as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
\nA results-driven mindset with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction.
\nFamiliarity with hospitality management software and operational systems.
\nAbility to inspire and manage diverse teams across multiple departments.
\nFlexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.<\/p>\n
