We are seeking a motivated and highly experienced individual to fill the position of Internal Auditor to safeguard company assets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and enhance the effectiveness of the internal audit function.
\nRole Overview
\nThe Internal Auditor is responsible for assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, procedures, and governance processes within the business. This role involves conducting audits on the reliability and functioning of accounting and financial reporting systems to prevent fraud. The position aims to enhance operational efficiency and performance across entities by leveraging advanced technologies and audit methodologies.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Audit Planning: Develop and implement risk-based internal audit plans aligned with the company\u2019s objectives and regulatory requirements.
\nInternal Controls Oversight: Evaluate and enhance the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
\nAudit Execution: Execute audits of policies, procedures, business operations, IT systems and applications, and financial reporting systems in accordance with approved audit plans.
\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work with management and external auditors to address audit findings, implement recommended improvements, and align on best practices.
\nMonitoring and Follow-Up: Track the implementation of audit recommendations and monitor continuous adherence to internal controls and policies.
\nReporting: Prepare and submit quarterly audit reports to the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee.
\nContinuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and audit methodologies to enhance the internal audit function.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications, Experience, and Skills<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nA professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, ACCA, or CISA is highly desirable.
\nProven experience, typically 5+ years, in conducting audits of digital platforms.
\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to identify operational improvements.
\nExcellent communication skills to present findings effectively.<\/p>\n
