\nPosition Objective
\nThe Partnership Support Officer will support the management and coordination of strategic partnerships that drive the bank\u2019s digital products, including loans, savings, insurance, and other innovative financial services. The officer will ensure seamless collaboration with partners, provide administrative and operational support, and follow up on partnership deliverables to enhance product uptake, customer experience, and revenue growth.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Partnership Coordination & Support:<\/p>\n
Assist in monitoring partnership performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
\nAct as a liaison between internal product teams and external partners to ensure smooth integration and operations.
\nTrack partner commitments, follow up on pending issues, and ensure timely resolution.<\/p>\n
Operational & Administrative Support:<\/p>\n
Maintain an updated partnership database, dashboards, and performance trackers.
\nDraft and review correspondence, reports, proposals, and MoUs related to digital financial products.
\nCoordinate partnership-related meetings, workshops, and product launches, including preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes.
\nProvide support in handling day-to-day partner requests and escalations.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Monitoring:<\/p>\n
Collect and analyze data on partnership performance (customer adoption, transaction volumes, and revenue contribution).
\nPrepare periodic performance reports and updates for management.
\nSupport product monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes to measure impact and identify opportunities for growth.<\/p>\n
Product & Relationship Support:<\/p>\n
Work closely with internal teams (Digital Banking, Product Development, Operations, and Marketing) to align partnership activities with business objectives.
\nSupport in managing partner relationships to ensure mutual benefit and sustainability.
\nProvide insights on customer needs and market trends to improve digital product performance.<\/p>\n

Qualifications, Skills & Experience<\/p>\n
Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Banking, Economics, Commerce or Business Administration, Accountancy or Finance, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions.
\nDeep knowledge of cash management, collections, payments infrastructure, and digital banking technologies.
\nProven track record of leading teams and driving revenue growth.
\nStrategic and commercial mindset.
\nStrong understanding of financial products and regulatory environment.
\nExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
\nAnalytical and data-driven decision-making.
\nDigital and innovation-oriented.
\nClient-centric with strong communication skills.<\/p>\n
